Atlas is a set of tools developed by Université Le Havre Normandie to facilitate the work of researchers and research teams.
For Researchers
- Verify your publications: identify and correct misattributions in OpenAlex, Crossref and HAL with Atlas Verify
- Manage your career: maintain a reliable history of your affiliations, track your institution changes and mobility periods
- Discover experts: search for collaborators by topic, location or specific skills via ECRIN
- Visualize your networks: explore your co-authors, joint projects and interdisciplinary connections with interactive graphs
- Declare your projects: create project sheets to recruit collaborators and obtain funding
- Publish your data: share your datasets and news with the scientific community
For Developers
- REDCap client: TypeScript library with Effect for querying the REDCap API in a typed and secure manner
- OpenAPI extraction: automatic generation of OpenAPI specifications from REDCap PHP source code
- Bibliographic clients: Effect packages for OpenAlex, Crossref, HAL, ArXiv and ORCID with built-in rate limiting
- CLI tools: network diagnostics, connectivity testing and configuration validation
- Shared configuration: standardized ESLint, TypeScript and Prettier for the entire monorepo
- Appwrite integration: authentication, session management and user data storage

Campus Polytechnique des Territoires Maritimes et Portuaires
The Campus Polytechnique des Territoires Maritimes et Portuaires (CPTMP) is a unique consortium in Europe, inaugurated on January 30, 2025. It brings together 12 founding members around Université Le Havre Normandie: CNRS, INSA Rouen Normandie, École Nationale Supérieure Maritime, Sciences Po, EM Normandie, ENSA Normandie, ESADHaR, IFEN, Le Havre Seine Métropole, Synerzip LH, UMEP and Région Normandie.
The Campus is a laureate of the "ExcellencES" call for projects of France 2030, with funding of €7.3M over 7 years (2023-2030).

EUNICoast
EUNICoast (European University of Islands, Ports & Coastal Territories) is an alliance of 13 European universities coordinated by Université Le Havre Normandie, funded at €14.4M by the European Commission (2024-2028).
